Always proud to call Dresden, Ohio home, Roberta “Bobbi” Lepi has served Southeastern Ohio as a Realtor® since 1979 and as a Broker since 1986. Since then Bobbi and husband Jim have owned and operated Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services with offices in Zanesville, Buckeye Lake, Dresden and New Concord. Through the years they have built their business by earning the trust of their clients through hard work and the clear understanding that each client is treated like family.

“The Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" has been the motto Jim and I have tried to model our company after, treating our staff, our REALTORS®, and our clients and customers with this same respect and asking the same of them to each other”, Bobbi said.

The Lepi & Associates team is currently made up of 8 full time staff members whose responsibility is to encourage and maintain the success of our 40+ agents. It is with this unified approach that we have been #1 in sales in Muskingum County for the past 5 years, and in 2021 accomplished more than $100 Million in sales and leases.

Team success is always built around good leadership. Recently, Bobbi has been awarded several sales accolades by both our local Board of Realtors® and the Ohio Association of Realtors®. In 2017, Bobbi received the Woman of Achievement Award sponsored by Ohio University Zanesville, Zane State, and Muskingum County. In January 2020, Bobbi and Jim were awarded the Dick Johnson Community Service Award by the Muskingum County Community Foundation for their community service and business leadership.

During their 40-year marriage Bobbi and Jim have raised three sons, all of whom graduated from THE Ohio State University. Because of this, to say that their love of scarlet and gray runs deep could be considered a slight understatement. In addition to their sons, the Lepi’s love their two amazing daughters-in-law and grandsons.
